We don't sell a box or a simple tool, but a configured, verified and guaranteed flow, quoted on the time actually required, once your flows have been analysed.

Our pricing has three distinct parts, so you always know exactly what you pay for.
- Deployment The analysis, configuration, business rules, integration and acceptance work, quoted on time spent. The initial analysis takes one to two days and produces a firm quote: you know what you are committing to before we start.
- Service A lean recurring fee: an operations base (supervision, maintenance, guarantee) plus your evolutions, billed per change and delivered quickly. No inflated subscription, no hidden costs.
- Infrastructure Estimated during scoping and recharged at cost, depending on the deployment mode you choose: French sovereign cloud, hybrid, or fully on your servers. No margin on these costs: they stay transparent and verifiable.
What makes the price vary
Three factors, which we cost with you during scoping rather than discovering them along the way.
- The number and difficulty of the flows A regular, structured flow costs a fraction of a heterogeneous document flow. This is the first lever for savings, and often the most overlooked.
- The processing mode Without AI, local AI or external AI: the mode retained for each flow bears directly on the deployment cost and on the recurring fee. The three modes are detailed on the Compliance page.
- What you already have We adapt to your existing stack (database, scheduler, BI tool) and only replace what is missing.
Outcome guarantee
Before the pilot, we agree with you on a measurable success criterion. If it is not met, the balance is not billed.
A useful benchmark
