Field engineers.
A shared conviction.
AEPUR was born from the meeting of two complementary paths and a shared conviction: in most industrial companies, the data already exists, but it is still too often used inefficiently. Manual re-entry, information scattered across emails, PDFs and ERPs, repetitive checks… so many tasks that tie up high-value teams without creating value.
Through their respective experience, Tatiana and Pénélope saw the same limits from different angles. That mutual trust, built around a shared vision of industry and data, became AEPUR's starting point: reconciling business expertise, infrastructure and artificial intelligence to make data finally reliable, usable and genuinely useful to operations.
Tatiana
Co-founder · Systems, networks & AI
A systems and network engineer, Tatiana designs, deploys and secures the infrastructure of dozens of SMEs and mid-caps every day, across every sector: next-generation firewalls, multi-site and SASE architectures, enterprise Wi-Fi networks, virtualised environments. She leads complex migrations in production environments, where service interruption is not an option. Certified in cybersecurity, she knows the real-world constraints of the field: lean teams, heterogeneous systems and data you simply cannot afford to lose.
For several years, she has applied this infrastructure rigour to artificial intelligence: an internal RAG system indexing thousands of technical documents in production, language models deployed on-premise to guarantee confidentiality, automated extraction of document data and automation workflows connecting mailboxes, databases and ERPs. Systems she has built end to end, from the server to the validation interface, designed after fieldwork carried out directly with business teams to identify the highest-value use cases.
It is this dual expertise, infrastructure and AI, that underpins the AEPUR approach: solutions deployed at your premises, on systems we know how to install, secure and maintain over time.
Pénélope
Co-founder · Operations, supply chain & data
Fifteen years of operations in aerospace, from Dassault to Zodiac Aerospace then Safran, across the United States, Thailand and France, up to the supply chain leadership of a division of three business units and more than a hundred people. She has deployed and operated the ERPs that keep industry running (Infor M3, Infor LN, SAP), implemented MRP, MPS, S&OP and APS processes, and led a production transfer from the United States to Thailand. She knows the number-one constraint of these systems: without clean, validated data at the source, no ERP delivers on its promises.
She then tackled this very problem on the data side, at Amazon and then heading inventory for an aerospace MRO player: several tens of millions of euros of inventory managed alongside Safran, Thales, Liebherr and Diehl, for major global airlines, on A320, A350 and A380. Day to day: SQL, ETL pipelines, PostgreSQL, Power BI, QuickSight, AWS and Azure, that is, years spent cleaning, hardening and automating operational data.
It is this dual perspective, industrial field experience and data culture, that underpins the AEPUR approach on the business side: Pénélope speaks the language of sales-admin, purchasing and planning teams, knows where the hours are lost, and translates each client's business rules into automated validation checks. The result: clean, auditable data, ready to feed your systems without a single re-entry.
