Processing & checks: everything is verified
Key data is extracted, then cross-checked against your reference data according to your business rules: part numbers, prices, quantities, consistency. Each line is assigned a status; any discrepancy is flagged, never silently validated.
Entry into your systems: you validate
Only validated data, automatically or by your teams, is proposed for import into your ERP. Nothing is written to your systems without your validation.
RAG system: query your data in natural language
Once your flows are in place, a RAG system (AI-augmented retrieval) lets you query your documents and data warehouse as you would ask a colleague. The natural extension of data you can finally trust.
