The data backbone that simplifies
your operations.

For small and mid-sized companies that want to take back control of their data.

Your data is scattered. AEPUR fits your architecture to bring your sources together into one unified base, add AI at the right level, and put it to work across your different uses. Your teams gain time to decide.

The method

Six building blocks. Nothing happens without leaving a trace.

AEPUR works across the whole chain. Each block can be switched on and combined to suit your situation, to build something that fits your architecture and your uses.

Tap a block to see the detail.

An event is enough, no one has to think about it.

What triggers it
  • An email, with or without an attachment
  • A file dropped on a portal
  • A change of state in your systems
  • A time, a deadline, a rhythm

The original is kept, its data extracted.

What comes in
  • PDFs, scans, letters, forms
  • Spreadsheets and business exports
  • Tables read from your databases
  • Machine and sensor readings

We add, we never overwrite.

How it is organised
  • The original data, untouched and dated
  • Your reference data and bills of materials
  • Duplicates, formats, consistency checked
  • Access by role, full-text search

What is captured is set against your rules.

What is compared
  • Your reference data and open commitments
  • Your business rules and tolerances
  • The history of previous times
  • Verdict: compliant, gap, or blocking

You decide, the original document beside you.

What you can do
  • Approve in bulk or line by line
  • Correct, reassign, fill in
  • Reject with a reason
  • Comment or attach a document

The action goes out to your systems, traced.

What is carried out
  • Created or updated in your systems
  • Message sent, alert on a gap
  • Dashboards refreshed
  • Document and log archived

Use cases

What it changes, concretely

The same blocks, at different points along the chain. You will probably recognise one of them.

Tap a case to see the full journey.

The first two hours of his day went into re-typing: collecting acknowledgements from his mailbox, comparing them to the orders, correcting the dates in the management software, rebuilding the tracking sheet.

The journey, end to end
  • The document arrives by email or on the portal, and is archived as is
  • The data is extracted: supplier, dates, order number, lines, quantities, amounts
  • Each line is compared to the open orders, the part records and your tolerances
  • Three verdicts only: compliant, discrepancy to review, blocking anomaly
  • Jean approves, corrects or rejects with a reason, and the management software follows

He now only reviews the discrepancies, with the original document beside them. The time he gets back goes into decisions, not re-typing.

Nadia used to lose her afternoons searching for which procedure, which file or which audit report held the answer the customer was waiting for.

The journey, end to end
  • Procedures, files, reports and emails are collected, then made searchable
  • Everything stays on your servers: nothing is sent anywhere else
  • She asks her question as she would ask a colleague, in plain English
  • The answer comes back with the exact passage, the original document and its date
  • If the information does not exist, she is told so, rather than being given an invention

Three days a month went into pulling together extracts from everywhere by hand, and the sales and operations planning (S&OP) meeting always opened with an argument about whether the figures could be trusted.

The journey, end to end
  • Automatic collection from the management software (sales, stock, orders), the customer file, production, purchasing, accounts and Excel files
  • Grouping, removal of duplicates, alignment of reference data
  • A single database that keeps its history, with access by role
  • Standard or tailor-made dashboards, Excel export available
  • The monthly report is produced with its indicators and commentary, then shared

Marc does not want to change tools: he works in Excel, and he works well in it. What he wants is to stop rebuilding his workbooks from stale exports.

The journey, end to end
  • An Excel add-in connects straight to the single database
  • He picks his scope: entity, period, product family
  • His sheets and formulas stay his own; only the source changes
  • One click refreshes, with the date of the last load displayed
  • Permissions remain those of the database: everyone sees only their own scope

Our principles

What is not up for negotiation

Four requirements, and what they change in practice. Tap each one to see the detail.

Each task goes to the most suitable tool, never to one tool meant to do everything.

In practice
  • Automatic reading for a scanned document
  • A calculation rule to check an amount
  • AI only where interpretation is needed
What that guarantees you

A result that is always the same, and explainable: for every check, you trace back the rule that produced it.

Your data stays under your control, with no forced dependency on a third-party cloud.

What runs at your premises
  • Document storage
  • The database
  • The AI models, if you choose local mode
What that guarantees you

Role-based access, and every read as well as every write logged.

AI only steps in where interpretation is needed; everything else follows fixed rules.

What each mode costs
  • No AI: each run costs nothing
  • Local AI: your own hardware, nothing to pay per use
  • External AI: billed on usage, and only when it is switched on
What that guarantees you

Going to the cloud is decided document by document, not once and for all.

Installed on your own servers, or with the European host of your choice.

What it is built on
  • Open, battle-tested software, no licence to renew
  • A documented installation, which can be rebuilt exactly as it is
What that guarantees you

You can take the whole thing back over at any time, with your own teams or another provider.

About us

Field engineers. One shared conviction.

AEPUR was born from two complementary career paths and one conviction: in most industrial companies the data already exists, it is simply put to poor use.

A systems and network engineer, he installs and secures the IT of dozens of companies every day, across every sector.

In the field
  • Firewalls, multi-site networks, virtualised servers
  • Migrations in production, where downtime is not an option
  • Certified in cybersecurity
On the AI side
  • An in-house search engine over thousands of technical documents, in service
  • AI models installed on site, so that nothing leaves
  • Document extraction and automations connecting mailboxes, databases and management software

Ex-Amazon, with fifteen years of experience in data and operations, across the United States, Thailand, Netherlands and France, up to the supply chain leadership of a division of three activities.

In the field
  • Deployment and day-to-day running of the major industrial management systems, and the planning that goes with them
  • Led a production transfer from one continent to another
  • A conviction earned in practice: without clean data, checked on the way in, no management system ever delivers what it promises
On the data side
  • Head of inventory for an aerospace maintenance specialist: tens of millions of euros of parts managed for major airlines
  • Day to day: databases, dashboards and online hosting
  • He speaks the language of customer service, purchasing and planning teams, and turns their rules into automatic checks
How we work

How a project starts

Four steps, with no commitment before the quote.

STEP 01

Scoping workshop

Half a day with your teams to map the process and count the hours it costs.

STEP 02

Quote

Priced on the time actually required, with scope and objectives agreed before anything starts. If you go ahead with us, the scoping is not billed.

STEP 03

Pilot

A first case put into service at your premises, on whichever process costs you the most.

STEP 04

Go live

Handover to your teams, documentation, and one month of adjustments included.

Architecture

At your premises, with the AI you choose

The level of AI is chosen case by case, not once and for all. A project can start with no AI at all.

Fixed rules and checks: the same document always gives the same result, and each run costs nothing.

Across the whole loop
  • Triggering by rules and schedules
  • Extraction through templates
  • Checks through fixed rules
  • Human decision, programmed actions towards the management software

The models run on your own hardware. No data leaves, nothing is billed per use.

Across the whole loop
  • Automatic sorting of emails and documents
  • Automatic reading of scans and fields
  • Anomaly detection, explanation of discrepancies
  • Suggested corrections, entries prepared then approved

For the heaviest cases only, and switched on document by document, never by default.

Across the whole loop
  • Understanding of the content and the request
  • Advanced extraction on complex documents
  • External data, forecasts and simulations
  • Several agents chained together, under control
Compliance & confidentiality

Everything is traced, nothing leaves without your say-so

You choose, flow by flow, where your data is processed. The choice is settled at scoping, written into the contract, and nothing enters your management software without human approval.

A sensitive flow can stay in local processing while another goes through an external model.

The three modes
No AIEverything follows fixed rules. No data leaves your premises, and the result is always the same.
Local AIThe models run at your premises or with a European host, with no outbound call at all.
External AIThe provider is named in the contract, listed as a sub-processor, and bound not to retain your data nor use it to train its models.
Reversible

Moving a flow from external to local mode, or the other way round, is a simple setting, not a rebuild.

Our role is to carry out the processing on your behalf, within the framework set out in the contract.

Scope of access, defined at scoping
  • Every access is listed, read-only by default, limited to what is strictly necessary
  • Never blanket access to your mailbox or your database
Minimisation
  • Only the fields useful to the flow are kept
  • Original documents are deleted once extraction is approved (around 30 days, adjustable to your retention policy)

Your teams retrace the history of any line, at any time, without going through us.

In practice
  • Every run starts from an identified trigger, timed to the second
  • Every discrepancy is flagged, never approved silently
  • Nothing is written to your systems without your approval, and every action leaves its trace

This page is informative and does not replace the contract. The full detail is on the Compliance page.

We are not one more piece of software. We fit into the architecture you already have, and your teams get their time back.

AEPUR, operational intelligence

What a first case costs, put into service at your premises, from scoping through to handover to your teams.

What it covers
  • The analysis of your flows and the writing of your rules
  • Installation at your premises, testing and documentation
  • Training for the team involved
What moves the price

The number of sources to connect, the volume of documents and the level of AI chosen. Nothing is committed before the quote.

Yours depends on your volume and on the time the process costs you today.

Our four reference cases
How we work it out

The time actually spent on the process today, counted with your teams during scoping, set against the cost of the installation.

Half a day on site, with your teams, to count what the process really costs you. You leave with a precise scope and an estimate of how long it will take to pay for itself, whether or not you go further with us.

After go live

For the month that follows, adjustments are included: we fine-tune until the tool fits the way you work. After that, any change is covered by a new quote.

Let's talk about your use case

One simple question to start with: which process would you like to stop doing by hand?

  • A demo on your own documents, not on a sample set.
  • No commitment, and the scoping is not billed if you go ahead with us.
  • A quick reply, from one of the two co-founders.

Flux, the AEPUR game

Data comes from behind and is captured over your shoulder; the further it travels down the corridor, the more it is worth. Legacy systems swallow your shots: you go around them. Our job, as an arcade game.
